BSAA is pleased to inform that a one-day training on Maritime Laws will be organized for members on Tuesday, 27^th April 2021 at Narai Hotel, Rattanakosin Room.  The three maritime laws directly concerned with our shipping business are: 

1)  Merchant Marine Promotion Act, B.E. 2521 (พรบ. ส่งเสริมการพาณิชยนาวี พ.ศ. 2521 (1978)).
2)  Carriage of Goods by Sea Act, B.E. 2534 (พรบ. การรับขนของทางทะเล พ.ศ. 2534 (1991)).
3)  Multimodal Transport Act, B.E. 2548 (พรบ. การขนส่งต่อเนื่องหลายรูปแบบ พ.ศ. 2548 (2005)).

Prof. Pramual Chancheewa, one of the most knowledgeable advocates on maritime laws, has kindly accepted to be our speaker.  Arjarn Pramual will conduct the training in Thai.  Many of us working in our business are of younger generation whereas problems we are facing seem to be more complicated.  This will be an excellent opportunity for members to learn more about the governing maritime laws in Thailand.  We will also have a chance to hear from Arjarn Pramual latest updates on the amendments to the three acts as well as knowledge from court case study.

Personnel of all levels, especially those who are working in documentation/customer service, sales and operations are highly recommended to attend this training.
