Training on Bill of Lading & Cargo Claims
Dear Members,
BSAA is pleased to inform that a one-day training on Bill of Lading & Cargo Claims will be organized on Friday, 22nd March 2024 at Chatrium Residence Sathorn. Khun Noppramart Thammateeradaycho, a Partner at Tilleke & Gibbins, has kindly volunteered to conduct the training for us. Khun Noppramart will also present various case studies of cargo claims. The training will be conducted in Thai.
Those who are working in sales and customer service, especially personnel engaged in handling cargo claims, are highly recommended to participate in the training.
