BSAA is pleased to advise the members that it has organized a one-day training on Tuesday 27th March 2012 on the topic " Systematic Application of Maritime Laws to Cargo Claims,Maritime Casualties and Incidents ".

 

For this training, BSAA has invited Prof. Pramual Chancheewa of Pramuanchai Law Office Co., Ltd. to be the lecturer for BSAA members.

The seminar is designed for comprehensive dicussion in maritime laws.Partipants will learn various Thai maritime laws and also how to apply them systematically to the cargo claims, maritime casualties and incidents when happended. In the last session of the seminar, there will be a hypothetical test in which the participants will benefit from the discussion in depth with the lecturer who has participated in drafting various maritime and transport laws.

The seminar will be conducted in Thai and suitable to your staff involved in  claims, operation, sales and legal works.
